Petit Appetit offers private cooking classes, mom's night in parties, and informational workshops to individuals, groups, and schools who would like to learn how to prepare fresh, healthy, organic baby foods, children's snacks and beverages and family meals, and need some help and inspiration to get started. Classes are held in your own home or facility and usually last approximately 90 minutes. However classes will be tailored to your specific needs.

Feeding Baby - The benefits of making your own baby food and how to promote healthy eating habits to your baby. Topics include food safety, choosing produce, pureeing, steaming, equipment and pantry needs, and food storage.
Waste Free Lunches - Learn how to plan and pack a healthy lunch that your child will eat and enjoy in school. We'll also discuss green packing options, food storage, nut free and other school restrictions.
Family Meals - Wouldn't it be great to open the refrigerator and pantry and feel confident you can easily create healthy meals for your family? This class will show you how to stock in your refrigerator, freezer and pantry with healthy ingredients to make simple meals. Learn healthy alternatives to processed and "fast" food options.
